2/7 Cellar Series: Springdale Brewery

Springdale's barrel-aged stouts and sours have been favorites of Provisions staff and customers in 2018. On 2/7 we will head downstairs to our classroom space and taste through some special brews that Springdale has been working on. We hope you will join us for this special night!
Jack's Abby transformed the craft beer scene in Massachusetts with their innovation of "hoppy lagers" back in the early 2010s. Even when they were cranking out large amounts of their flagship "Hoponius Union," Jack's Abby had a small batch barrel program that showed off their ability to work with barrel aging and complex, beautiful beers.
In 2016 they started a whole new facility, Springdale Brewery, which neighbors their beer hall and brewery in Framingham, MA. The result has been amazing, impressive, and innovative barrel-aged ales that have been so fun to explore.
