Provisions is excited to offer pasture-raised holiday hams from Smoking Goose Meatery this holiday season! Smoking Goose is an Indiana-based producer that our staff and customers have grown to know and love (see: City Ham, jowl bacon, salame, Culatello, terrines...), and we are delighted to bring their festive creations to the Pioneer Valley this December.
Juicy, tender, and fully cooked, hams are simple to heat and serve hot as the center plate of a holiday meal. Choose from two options, both fit for the most humble to extravagant of meals:
Smoked City Ham

These boneless hams are spice-brined under black peppercorns, garlic, allspice, cloves, juniper berries, and bay leaves before smoking over fruitwood. Versatile, kid-friendly, and easy to love!
Order by December 7 and pick up as early as December 13.
Lake House Holiday Ham -- **SOLD OUT**
~9 lbs, $130
This 2018 Limited Release Holiday Ham is boneless, whole-muscle ham raised on pasture at Gunthrop Farms in LaGrange, Indiana. It's cured under Lake House Spiced Rum from Cardinal Spirits distillery in Bloomington, Indiana, plus cinnamon, allspice, cloves, orange peel, and vanilla. After curing low and slow for more than three weeks, each ham smokes over smoldering rum barrel staves.
