Grace Hill Fromage Frais (Local!)
A creamy, snowy white fresh cheese by Grace Hill Farm with a subtle lactic taste and smooth, soft texture similar to cream cheese or ricotta, yet with a lower fat content. The flavor is reminiscent of cultured cream, and it pairs perfectly with seasonings of herbs/spices and fruit. Also makes a great base for cheesecake, creamy sauces, and desserts. Great on tacos, goes well with white wines. Handmade from gently pasteurized milk from grass-fed cows at in Cummington, MA.
