11/21 Cheese Class: Cheese for Dessert

Cheese is a comfort food- luckily way healthier than most other comfort foods- Bonus! Although these comforting cheeses are consumed in many forms and for very diverse occasions and purposes, this class will specifically explore the idea of cheese as an alternative to dessert. We love the idea of eating a satisfying meal and following it up with a plate of carefully selected “dessert” cheeses.Eating “dessert-y” cheeses in small quantities after a meal can be a really nice way to continue the good vibes of your savory dinner without erasing it completely with an onslaught of sweetness, like traditional dessert.We will explore a line-up of cheeses together and find the best ways to make them more dessert-y. Honey? Aged Balsamic? Chocolate covered nuts? The options are endless.
