5 Artisanal cheeses, produced both locally and abroad, a splendid showcase of our finest cheeses. Accompanied by a platter of crackers and garnished with dried or fresh fruit and nuts.
French Invasion $60 small/$80 large
A taste of France, including 3 cheeses, a pâté, and salame. Served with a sliced baguette, both grainy and Dijon mustards, dried fruit, and cornichons.
Italian Antipasto $50 small/$75 large
The traditional Italian Antipasto platter, with Pecorino Toscano, fresh Mozzarella, Prosciutto di Parma, Italian Dry Salame, assorted olives, sun-dried tomatoes, and marinated grilled artichoke hearts. Accompanied by a sliced baguette.
Spanish Armada $60 small/$80 large
A tour of the flavors of Spain: Manchego, two additional cheeses, Jamón Serrano, membrillo, assorted olives, and Marcona almonds. Accompanied by a platter of crackers.
American Revolution $90 small/$130 large
5 American artisanal cheeses, hand selected by our cheesemongers to display the art of the new class of American cheese makers. All artfully paired with cured meats and pâtés, and served with a platter of crackers.
